Located in a peaceful setting, 1 km from the beaches and next to the owners' small fruit orchard, the three cottages/studios are situated in the former outbuildings of Château de la Gressière. The furnishings and décor are of high quality. Private parking is available in front of each cottage.
There is a shared walled courtyard with garden furniture and a shared barbecue.
Access to the first floor is via the shared reception area: a living/kitchen area with a sleeping alcove (180x200 cm bed) and a sitting area, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a cot/high chair.
Access to the shared upstairs library area is also from the reception area.
A shared laundry room for the three studios includes a washing machine, dryer, freezer, and iron/ironing board.
