Renovated old house that can accommodate 14 people, located in a hamlet near Fontenay-le-Comte, in a property with private swimming pool. Different spaces are set up both outside and inside for everyone's well-being. You will benefit from an enclosed courtyard of 120 m² at the front with garden furniture and pétanque court, as well as a 2nd enclosed area of 280 m² at the rear with swimming pool, courtyard, garden furniture, deckchairs, armchairs, gas plancha/barbecue, table football, ping-pong table. Private parking is at your disposal as well as a summer kitchen and toilets (shower and toilet) near the courtyard. Private and heated swimming pool (4x7m), open from May to September.
