Welcome to our vacation home on the Torre Moratxa mountainside, just 5 minutes by car from the beach. In a peaceful setting, you'll enjoy exceptional sea and bay views, as well as a private swimming pool (9mx4m).
The semi-detached house has 3 spacious bedrooms (2 king size beds and one with 2 single beds) and a bathroom with bathtub. Two bedrooms give access to a large solarium terrace where you can enjoy the view.
On the main level, you'll find a living room (TV and WIFI), a dining room, a large, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a shower room and WC, and a terrace where you can share your meals while enjoying the sea view.
At pool level, you'll have access to a large relaxation area equipped with deckchairs and parasol, a games area with ping pong table and WC.
Finally, the house has a garage, offering a secure space for your vehicle.
