This beautiful luxury holiday house, with private swimming pool, is located on the mountain in the lovely urbanization Roca Maura. This location offers you peace and calmness, while within 5 minutes (by car) you are already arrive at the center of L'Estartit. A good recommendation is not only to visit L'Estartit and its beautiful sandy beach, but also have a day of touring around the region to discover villages (with lovely bays) such as Begur, Pals and Peratallada, all within a 20 km radius! The property has on the front a lovely big terrace with breathtaking view of the sea and, not to forget, you can find at the back its own private pool (6x3 m) with surrounding terrace with sunloungers. Casa Mediterranea has the following format: Under the house is a spacious garage. A staircase takes you to the living room with doors to the terrace, (gas) fireplace and a television. The open kitchen is equipped with all appliances, and on this floor is also the guest bathroom. One floor up there are 3 double bedrooms, of which 2 have access to a large balcony, with of course, sea views, and 2 bathrooms with bath/shower and toilet. From this floor you have direct access to the terrace behind the house with the private swimming pool. The house has got available air conditioning/heating in all rooms.
