This luxury villa Urgell is located 4 km from the beautiful sandy beach of Estartit. This long and wide beach of more than 5 km, is ideal for families with children, where you can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea. For the more adventurers, the area of L'Estartit is perfect for nature walks, for example to the Montgri Castle or to smaller bays along the coast. The centerpiece of this region are the Illes Medes, small islands in the sea, which you can visit by boat and/or where you can practice diving. The town itself is also worth a visit with its charming downtown and beautiful harbor. To stay at the house is certainly no punishment in the villa Urgell. This has got a lovely private pool with sunbeds to relax on. The spacious garden of 1000 m2 and covered terrace of 18 m2 wide gives you a sense of calm, also thanks to its breathtaking views of the sea and coastline. The property has 2 floors: On the ground floor there is a commodious living room with a sitting area where you can also use a satellite TV and stereo. You will also find a fireplace, dining area, open kitchen and garden doors that lead you to the beautiful terrace. On the ground floor you will find the master bedroom with air conditioning and extra large beds (2.20 m.), a private bathroom (with bath, toilet and double washbasin) and an extra toilet. On the 1st floor are two double bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath/shower and toilet). There is a driveway which ends at the lower floor where you can find the garage with laundry room (washer and dryer).
