Not only L'Estartit and its beautiful sandy beach are within easy reach, but also several nice towns (with beautiful bays) like Begur, Pals and Peratallada are located within a radius of 20 km! The entrance of Villa Magnifica is reached via a staircase, but also via the garage underneath the house. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with dining area and sliding doors to the large terrace from where you have a fantastic sea view. There is a bathroom with toilet and the open kitchen with all appliances and access to the terrace behind the villa with private pool. Of course, also from this terrace you have a magnificent view of the sea and the lands.
