Also in the villa you will find free Wi-Fi, TV with the option to connect to the internet and follow all your favorite programs, air conditioning only in the living room and private outdoor parking for 3 cars inside the property. All this will allow you to spend your time comfortably with your family.
This modern villa is located in a paradisiacal area of l'Escala, just 1 minute walk from Cala Montgó. Montgó offers a variety of restaurants and just 1 minute away you will find a supermarket.
Also near the villa you can find the Montgrí Natural Park that will allow you to enjoy magnificent walks or bicycle routes in a pine forest.
On the ground floor there is a living-dining room with a separate kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. It also has a closed space to store bicycles or surfboards…
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms: 1 double suite room that has a private bathroom with shower, 1 room with two single beds, 1 room with a double bunk bed and a single bed, you will also find a bathroom with shower.
In total the house can sleep 12 people.
