Description of the accommodation
Villa L'Escala, 3 bedrooms, 6 persons - HISP-70-64
House with communal pool, shared by only four neighbors. Located in a quiet neighborhood, between the beach of Riells and the beach of Cala Montgó. And just a few meters from a natural area, a small forest and beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The house is divided in two floors. On the first floor there is the kitchen, a service toilet, a bathroom with shower and the living room with access to the terrace where you can enjoy the barbecue. In the living room there is a Smart-TV that works only with wifi.
The second floor has three bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed (135 cm), a bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a bunk. And a bathroom with bathtub.
In total in the house can sleep 6 people.
Dogs are welcome and have a supplement of €10/pet/night. A maximum of 1 pet up to 10kg are allowed.
Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
