Recently renovated house in L’Escala, just steps from Cala Montgó.
This cozy house, located in a quiet residential area and surrounded by nature, is perfect for a family holiday or a getaway with friends. Just a few meters from Cala Montgó beach, it offers comfort, privacy, and an excellent location in the heart of the Costa Brava.
The house is divided over two floors and can accommodate 10 people. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped independent kitchen, a spacious and bright living room with a sofa, fireplace, air conditioning and Smart TV — ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Also located here are the four bedrooms:
Two rooms with double beds (180x200 cm)
One room with a double bed (160x200 cm)
One room with four single beds (90 cm), ideal for younger guests or groups of friends, featuring air conditioning.
In addition, there are three full bathrooms: two with showers and one with a bathtub.
On the first floor, there is access to a beautiful sun terrace — perfect for sunbathing in a hammock or enjoying the sea breeze. There is also an additional space with a sofa, ideal for reading or relaxing peacefully.
Outside, the house offers another large terrace with a dining area and barbecue — ideal for outdoor dinners. It includes private parking for two vehicles within the property.
Furthermore, it is very well connected thanks to a nearby Carrilet stop, making it easy to get around without a car.
Small pets are allowed (maximum two dogs up to 10 kg).
Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
