It comprises a lovely living room with a lounge area, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (80 cm) with an en-suite shower room and heated towel rail, a mezzanine with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a shower room, and a toilet. Amenities include a washer-dryer, dishwasher, combination oven/microwave, Wi-Fi access (signs on site), and an 80 cm flat-screen TV. The property also features an enclosed garden, garden furniture, a gas barbecue, four sun loungers, and a tiled terrace under an awning. Parking is available on the property. Small pets are welcome. Cleaning service is available for an additional €108.

On the island of Noirmoutier, you can go at low tide to the Gois passage. Fish for clams and cockles. Taste all the seafood, fish and the famous new potato, the "Bonnotte" depending on the season. Several pine and holm oak forests are located in 3 places on the island by the sea. In Barbatre and La Guérinière, pine forests and the holm oak forest in the north of the island, Plage des Dames, at Bois de la Chaize.
