Located on Rue Jacques Moreau, 200 meters from the town center and the lake, and 1800 meters from the beach. The house includes:
A large, fully fitted and equipped kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, electric oven, and microwave; a living room with television, a single bed (90 cm), and Wi-Fi; three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm) and wardrobe; a toilet; a bathroom with washing machine, shower, and vanity unit; a beautiful garden with trees, garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers, and a barbecue. Parking is on the street only. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner; please contact us. Heating from October 1st to May 31st is charged extra according to meter reading.
