In a quiet little village, a charming, fully renovated, detached 18th-century house on one level: kitchen, dining room, living room with a double sofa bed (two steps between the living room and dining room), one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), shower room (walk-in shower), separate WC. A 100 m² enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and a private garage. Pets are not allowed. This accommodation is not suitable for business trips.

The cottage is close to the castles of Tanlay, Ancy-le-Franc, and Maulnes, and the vineyards of Epineuil, Tonnerre, and Chablis. Tonnerre and its attractions include the Fosse Dionne and the Hôtel-Dieu. The Burgundy Canal is also nearby.
