20 minutes from the Chablis vineyards. In a quiet village, a fully renovated detached house with a small, private, enclosed courtyard (garden furniture) located 4 meters away. The ground floor comprises a large 48 m² living area with a kitchen/dining/living space and a sofa bed. The first floor has two bedrooms: one with two single beds (90 cm), one with a double bed (160 cm), a shower room with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.

Tonnerre is 3.5 km away. The medieval village of Noyers, listed among the "Most Beautiful Villages of France," and Ancy-le-Franc with its castle are just 25 minutes away. Auxerre is 40 km away. Within an hour, you can reach the Côte d'Or region with its major cultural sites, such as the Cistercian Abbey of Fontenay. Pets are not allowed. This accommodation is not suitable for business trips.
