Access is via an entrance hall after a few steps, leading to a living room with a sofa, fireplace, television, and pool table. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (fridge-freezer, oven, gas hob, microwave) with large bay windows overlooking the countryside and the swimming pool. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also located on this floor.
Upstairs, there is a relaxation lounge with a television and a first bedroom with a queen-size bed and dressing room. On the top floor, there are three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower cubicle, and a separate WC complete this level. The 4x8m saltwater swimming pool, secured by a cover, has a depth ranging from 0.80m to 1.50m and is open from June to September. On-site parking is available. The property sits on 5700m² of land. Amenities include table tennis, a pétanque court, and a barbecue. Baby equipment such as a travel cot and changing mat are provided. Located near the Château de Jumilhac, nicknamed the Pearl of the Périgord, this gîte is in the heart of the Périgord Vert region.
