BASEMENT (Shared with other accommodations):
Shared washing machine, shared dryer. Ping-pong table, foosball, and American pool table are available for your enjoyment.

OUTDOORS:
Large private terrace opening onto the grounds. You will have garden furniture, a lounge area, sun loungers, a gas griddle, and parasols to enjoy sunny days. The rest of the grounds are shared. You can stroll around, play pétanque, or enjoy a bit of recreational fishing in the property's private pond (under parental supervision). Children's swing.
