Excellent internet connection (fiber). Terrace and equipped summer kitchen (combination grill/barbecue, refrigerator, and microwave), garden dining table with 6 chairs, garden furniture, 4 sun loungers, and 2 deckchairs. Heating is included in the price. Wooded garden and orchard surrounded by pastures.
Shelter for bicycles and cars. Ping-pong and möllky games, darts, badminton rackets, and pétanque. Reinforced charging point for electric vehicles (billed based on actual consumption). The Gite du P'tit Boucher is a charming house completely renovated in 2020 by the Courcière family, which has been passed down through several generations. Previously, it belonged to a man named "Leboucher," hence the name, probably given to the hamlet's inhabitants since the 19th century. At the end of a path, you'll enjoy a quiet, wooded setting, not overlooked, with cows grazing opposite the cottage. For fishing enthusiasts, there are over 20 km of rivers stocked with trout, pike, crayfish, and white fish nearby. A fish farm with a fishing lake is 1 km away. Lake Rabodanges and the La Ferté Macé leisure center are 23 km away. A goat farm can be visited 5 km away. Rustik immersion park is 22 minutes away. Car rental is available in Argentan upon arrival at the train station.
