Near the tourist attractions of the Auxois region, this beautiful detached stone house, a former farmhouse and inn, has been renovated into a comfortable gîte using quality materials and tastefully understated decor. The garden level is accessible via a few steps.
The dining room and living room feature exposed stone walls and beams (with the possibility of two additional free beds). There is a fully equipped kitchen with a central island. Three bedrooms with parquet flooring: two with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and one with a single bed (90 cm). A bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity is also provided. A separate WC is included. The property includes a terrace and a private garden of 250 m². Parking is available.
This property is not suitable for business trips.
Nearby: numerous hiking trails, the Morvan Regional Natural Park, Pont Lake, Epoisses with its castle and famous cheese, and Semur-en-Auxois, a charming medieval town.
