The first block houses a bright living room, with a living room which opens onto a fully equipped American kitchen. A comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a bathroom and separate toilet complete this space. From the bay windows, you can admire the view of the swimming pool and enjoy the covered terrace for moments of relaxation outdoors.
Accessible from an outdoor terrace, the second block offers an ideal space for teenagers or small groups of friends. Two cabin bedrooms, one with bunk beds and the other with a double bed (120 cm), as well as a bathroom and toilet, guarantee comfort and privacy. Each room in this block opens onto the outdoor terrace, providing easy access to the swimming pool and outdoor space.
Please note that the two blocks do not have interior communication, which makes them perfect for teenagers but not recommended for young children. However, the property offers the possibility of parking your car safely.
