Renovated farmhouse offering views of the surrounding countryside and a private pond, perfect for fishing enthusiasts.
Ground floor: upon entering, a veranda and laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dining room, living room, bathroom (shower), and separate toilet. Take the hallway, accessed by two steps, and discover one bedroom with two 90 x 200 cm beds and one bedroom with one 140 x 190 cm bed and one 90 x 200 cm bed.
Oil and electric heating in the bedrooms. Enclosed grounds. Enjoy the garden furniture and the charcoal barbecue or the plancha grill in nice weather.
A dedicated garage is available for your use if needed. The sofa bed can accommodate an additional person.
