Gîte in a group of agricultural buildings on the ground floor and adjoining the owner. It is composed of an independent kitchen (ceramic hob, electric oven, combined fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher), a living space serving as a living room-relaxation area (wood stove, television, sofa), wifi connection, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms (2 140 cm beds, 2 90 cm beds, 1 child's bed with bars) Wood stove. The washing machine is located in an adjoining room. The garden furniture is placed on the terrace, a barbecue is at your disposal. You benefit from a beautiful wooded environment, with a view of fields and horses, children will enjoy the swing installed in the shade of the oaks. Independent entrance and private, unfenced land to the gîte. On-site agricultural exploitation of cereals and poultry. A high chair and a cot are available. A stop in the countryside for a guaranteed change of scenery!

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
