Take the opportunity to stroll around, it's impossible to leave without having seen the sea, the Basque Country, Béarn or Spain. For sure, you will leave with a pang in your heart! Gîte in a group of buildings on a farm, fitted kitchen (3 ceramic hobs, electric oven, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, microwave), living room with sofa, armchairs, TV area. The ground floor offers 1 bedroom (bed 140) and a toilet. The staircase leads to 3 bedrooms upstairs (1 140 cm bed, 1 120 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds), a bathroom with shower cubicle and 1 separate toilet. Wifi connection. Electric heating.
You have a washing machine in the laundry room with access from the outside. On the terrace of garden furniture and barbecue, courtyard. On farm, poultry farming. Nearby livestock building, 300m away. Independent entrance and private, unfenced land of 800 m² for the gîte. Adjoining another gite and the owner. The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
