In a pleasant village on the banks of the Saône, this recently built, detached, single-story house with easy access is south-facing and features large bay windows overlooking a private garden.

Entrance hall. Kitchen opens onto a spacious dining/living room with a fireplace and direct access to a wooden terrace. 2 bedrooms (2 twin beds (90x200cm) and 1 queen-size bed), one of which connects to the bathroom/WC (walk-in shower). WC. Laundry room. The cottage is equipped with a travel cot, a high chair, a changing mat, and a bathtub.

600 m² unfenced garden with unobstructed views of the countryside (not overlooked from the terrace). Enclosed garage for a small car. Bicycles can be stored in the garage.

This house was built with new materials designed for energy savings. Underfloor heating by water-to-water geothermal energy. Electric shutters. Internet access.

You can enjoy the many outdoor activities accessible to all near the cottage: fishing, hiking, cycling, direct access to the Voie Bleue (Blue Route), part of the V50 (Blue Escape), and an eco-paddling canoe circuit to discover the flora and fauna of the Saône and Ognon rivers. Two canoes are available (free, upon request, and in summer only). Two men's and two women's mountain bikes are available.

The cottage is located in the DIJON (35km)-DOLE (30km)-BESANÇON (40km) triangle.

This accommodation does not allow pets.
