Thatched cottage adjoining the owners' holiday home, located in the small village of Arbourg, in the heart of the Brière Regional Natural Park. Enclosed 170 m² garden with terrace.

Ground floor: living/dining room (sofa bed and wood-burning stove) with open-plan kitchen, separate WC.

First floor: 2 bedrooms (1: 1 double bed 140x190 cm, 2: 2 single beds 90x190 cm), shower room/WC, sleeping area on a mezzanine (1 double bed 140x190 cm) accessible by a ladder.
Amenities included: freezer, DVD player, stereo system, Wi-Fi access, full baby equipment, hairdryer, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.).
Included: electric heating.
Not included: bed linen, towels/household linen, firewood, tourist tax, and cleaning fee (€65 - mandatory for business travelers).
Pets: €100 deposit. Guérande is 11 km away.
