In the basement: garage and washing machine. Closed parking in the courtyard and spaces available in front of the house. Shared garden of 1000 m² surrounding the house with swing and small pond. Private area with terrace on one level. Charges and supplements: Towels: €5 for the stay per person - Electric heating and electricity according to meter reading (8 kwh/day included)
