In a quiet area of the town of Gujan Mestras, pleasant house (detached on one side) of approximately 90 m², with a garden at the back and front. Its large sheltered terrace will allow you to enjoy meals outdoors with friends or family.
For ease of parking, it is possible to park in the driveway of the house.
