Gite Guilly, 1 bedroom, 2 persons - FR-1-590-30

Small, detached, single-story cottage with a private, unfenced outdoor space, located in the Loire Valley, 1.5 km from the Loire River, near Sully/Loire and St-Benoît/Loire, and at the gateway to the Sologne region. All on the ground floor:
- a separate kitchen (sink, refrigerator, stovetop, washing machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster).
- a small living room (sofa bed, coffee table, TV).
- a bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds, which can be pushed together to make a 180 cm double bed (upon request).
- a separate bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).

Outside, you can enjoy an unfenced garden with a table and chairs, as well as a barbecue, where you can enjoy a meal in the summer.
A small, enclosed garden shed where you can store your bikes.
