Discover this Burgundian building located in a quiet little village at the crossroads of two departments. This house, whose restoration was completed in 2025, is a former cooper's and distiller's workshop. We have preserved its soul, its old-world charm, and its unique character.

The cottage is perfectly sized for a couple's getaway. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with WC, and a dining room set up in a vaulted cellar.

The upper floor comprises a living room with a large-screen TV and air conditioning, as well as a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm).

The private outdoor area includes a terrace with garden furniture. For your well-being, a spa is available from May to September. An independent indoor sauna, shared with our second cottage (no. H89G028730), offers additional relaxation.
