This pleasant family home offers spacious and bright living / dining room opening onto a wooden terrace with heated 7x4 swimming pool and accessible from April 1 to September 30, beautifully blended into a landscaped enclosed garden. Its open and modernized kitchen is fully fitted and equipped. The ground floor has a first bedroom (1 bed 160) with a shower room with WC. Upstairs, the corridor leads to 3 spacious bedrooms (160 cm beds) with neat decoration and a bathroom with WC. An independent studio adjoining the house is rented year-round. The entrances to each of the accommodations are totally independent.
The well-equipped garden: barbecue, ping table, parking space and its superb swimming pool will allow you a pleasant stay. The house is equipped with WIFI.

*Cleaning: we require that garbage cans, fridge/freezer, dishwasher be emptied and barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles should be dropped off in town in the containers provided for this purpose. In the event of a linen option, it must be removed upright and folded at the foot of the bed.
