This charming cottage is ideally located for exploring and enjoying all the treasures of the Guérande Peninsula. It's situated in the heart of a very quiet village, 5 km from the ramparts of Guérande, 2 km from the beaches, 1 km from shops and restaurants, and close to the Vélocean cycle route.

Private parking is available in front of the cottage.

A wooden terrace overlooks a pleasant enclosed garden with trees and flowers.

Ground floor: bright living/dining room with an open-plan fitted kitchen, and WC/laundry room.

Upstairs: 3 attic bedrooms (1: 160x200 cm bed, 2: 140x190 cm bed, 3: 90x190 cm bed) and a shower room.

Amenities included: Wi-Fi, cot/high chair/hairdryer.

Included: bed linen (beds made upon arrival), electricity, and gas heating (except for business trips). Not included: end-of-stay cleaning fee (€70 for stays of less than one week and €100 for one week or more - mandatory for business travelers), towels (€8 per person), and tourist tax.
Linens are provided upon arrival but are not changed during your stay. The same applies to the cleaning service.
