This cottage is ideally located for exploring and enjoying all the treasures of the Guérande Peninsula. This charming cottage is located in the heart of a small, quiet village, 5 km from the Guérande ramparts, 2 km from the beaches, 1 km from shops and restaurants, and close to the Vélocean cycle route.

Ground floor: Bright living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen and WC/laundry room.
Upstairs: 3 attic bedrooms (1: 160x200 cm bed, 2: 140x190 cm bed, 3: 90x190 cm bed) and shower room.

Amenities included: Wi-Fi, baby cot/high chair, and hairdryer.

Included: Sheets (beds made upon arrival), electricity, and gas heating (except for business trips).
Not included: End-of-stay cleaning fee (€70 for stays of less than a week and €100 for one week or more - mandatory for business travelers), towels (rental for stays of at least 6 nights: €8/person), and tourist tax.
