Description of the accommodation

Ideally located between the Medieval City of Guérande, La Turballe, Piriac sur Mer, La Baule and the Regional Park of Brière, both in the countryside and not far from the sea (3 km), the Kerhouanne gite is a traditional semi-detached house , renovated in the old style with all the modern comforts. It is close to the owners' dairy farm, with the possibility of visits on request. Private enclosed outdoor space of 400 m² with terrace (south). Available: petanque, molkky and chicken coop to collect eggs in season.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen open to living room/living room with wood stove, 1 bedroom with private shower room (160x200 bed) and separate WC.
Upstairs: 1 open bedroom (3 twin beds 90x200) and shower room/wc.
