A Gite Between Land and Sea. An innovative timber-frame construction clad in Japanese-style charred wood, the Tribord Gite is quietly located at the foot of the Guérande salt marshes, 7 km from La Baule and 22 km from St. Nazaire. Separate from the Bâbord Gite, it features a 12 m², perfectly soundproofed and blacked-out entrance hall (sleeps 10). Fully enclosed 100 m² wooden terraces overlooking the lawn (south and east), and an enclosed common area (200 m²).
Ground floor (wheelchair access): bright living/dining room (pellet stove) with open-plan fitted kitchen, utility room, and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 140x190 cm bed, 2: 3 90x190 cm beds, 2 of which can be joined together), shower room, and separate toilet. Amenities include Wi-Fi/Ethernet, foreign channels, DVDs, games, and books for adults and children. Included: Electric heating, electricity, and linens.
Not included: Pellet heating (€10/bag/48 hours), sheets (€8/person), towels (€6/person), tourist tax, and €45 cleaning fee.
For business trips of more than two weeks (rates negotiable): mandatory cleaning fee of €70 + sheets, max. 3 employees, to be renewed monthly.
Baby equipment (€10). Pets: €5/night (€100 deposit).
Non-smoking cottage. €300 deposit.
