Gite Guérande, 2 bedrooms, 5 persons - FR-1-306-1080

A cottage between land and sea. Stunningly renovated and welcoming, combining woodwork and exposed stone, the Bâbord cottage is located in a peaceful setting at the foot of the Guérande salt marshes, 7 km from La Baule and 22 km from St Nazaire. It is independent, accessed via a 12 m² entrance hall that is perfectly soundproofed and darkened (sleeps 10 when used together). There are 100 m² of fully enclosed wooden terraces on the lawn (south and east facing), and a 200 m² enclosed communal area.

Ground floor (wheelchair accessible): spacious living/dining room with a 140x190 cm sofa bed (wood-burning stove) and an open-plan fitted kitchen, shower room/WC.

First floor: 2 bedrooms (1: 140x190 cm bed, 2: 3 single beds 80x200 cm, 2 of which can be joined together), mezzanine with TV (110x190 cm extra bed), bathroom/WC.

Included amenities: Wi-Fi/Ethernet, foreign TV channels, DVD player, baby equipment, games and books for adults and children.

Included: gas underfloor heating, electricity, bed linens, household linens.

Not included: towels (€6/person), compressed firewood (€1/log), tourist tax, and cleaning fee (€50).

For business stays of more than two weeks (negotiable rates): mandatory fee of €90 (cleaning + bed linens for the entire cottage), maximum 4 employees, to be renewed monthly.
Baby equipment (€10). Pets: €5/night (deposit €100).
Non-smoking cottage. Security deposit €300.
