A cottage between land and sea. A stunning and welcoming renovation combining woodwork and exposed stone, the Bâbord cottage is quietly located at the foot of the Guérande salt marshes, 7 km from La Baule and 22 km from St Nazaire. Independent by a 12 m² hall, perfectly soundproofed and blacked out (10-person cottage if joined together). Fully enclosed wooden terraces of 100 m² on lawn (South + East), and enclosed common area of 200 m².
Ground floor (wheelchair access): spacious living room with sofa bed 140x190 (wood stove) and open fitted kitchen, shower room/toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 140x190 cm bed, 2: 3 80x200 cm beds, 2 of which can be joined together), mezzanine with TV (extra bed 110x190 cm), bathroom/toilet.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi/Ethernet, foreign channels, DVDs, baby equipment, games and books for adults and children.
Included: gas heating (underfloor), electricity, sheets, and household linen.
Not included: towels (€6/person), densified log (€1/log), tourist tax, and €50 cleaning fee.
For business stays of more than two weeks (rates negotiable): mandatory cleaning fee of €90 + sheets €90, max. 4 employees, to be renewed monthly.
Baby equipment (€10). Pets: €5/night (€100 deposit).
Non-smoking cottage. €300 security deposit.
