On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a serving hatch opening onto a bright 10m² living room with a lounge area (sofa bed for 2 people) and a TV. There is also a WC.
Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a shower room, and a WC.
Outside, you can enjoy a lovely enclosed terrace facing northeast with garden furniture and a parasol, perfect for al fresco dining.
Amenities include: TV, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, and oven.
