The villa comprises a bright and inviting living room with a sofa, opening onto a modern, fully equipped, and newly renovated kitchen. There is one bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds (90 cm), one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and a mezzanine with a double bed (140 cm).

A front terrace with a shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. A lovely rear terrace is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, and offers direct access to the beach.

An attached garage has been converted into a summer kitchen, perfect for extending your evenings outdoors.

Amenities include: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, mini-oven, TV, sun loungers, portable barbecue, and air conditioning. Guaranteed relaxation with your feet in the water. Bicycles are welcome to enjoy all the activities and festivities of Gruissan, a village nestled between land and sea.

Pet fee (under 10kg): €30 - Security deposit: €350 - Linens not provided - Optional cleaning service available for an additional fee. Electricity (electricity) is charged extra from October to the end of May.
