Maximum 2 pets allowed. Electric heating, wood included. End of stay cleaning available at an additional cost. 30 minutes from the A6 Avallon exit, in the small village of Gouloux known for its waterfall and its 1st category rivers. Private fishing pond 10 minutes by car. Close to the Morvan lakes (Settons, Pannecière, and Saint-Agnan), Vézelay, Avallon, Saulieu, and Beaune. Close to leisure activities (rafting, canoeing, swimming, hiking).
