In the Morvan Regional Natural Park, on the edge of a private fishing pond, 30 minutes from the A6 Avallon exit, in the small village of Gouloux, known for its waterfall and first-category rivers. A spacious and comfortable solid wood chalet situated on 4000 m² of land (part of a larger estate with other chalets), beside a fishing pond of approximately 2000 m² (stocked with carp, roach, gudgeon, and pike). Living room, kitchenette, two bedrooms, each with one double bed (140x190 cm) and one single bed (90x190 cm), balcony. A cot and high chair are provided. Private parking with three spaces. Maximum two pets allowed.
Nearby: first-category rivers, Morvan lakes (Settons, Pannecière, and Saint-Agnan), tourist towns (Vézelay, Avallon, Saulieu, Beaune), close to leisure activities (rafting, airboating, whitewater swimming, canoeing).
