In the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park, a spacious and comfortable solid wood chalet sits on a partially enclosed 3500 m² plot. The ground floor comprises a living/dining room with a kitchenette (40 m²), a fireplace, a shower room, a separate toilet, and one bedroom (one double bed 140x190 cm). Upstairs, there are four bedrooms: two with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a sofa bed in each, one with a double bed (140x190 cm), and one with two single beds (90x190 cm). There is also a shower room with a toilet. A cot and high chair are available upon request. A maximum of two pets are allowed. Electric heating and firewood are included. End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. Located 30 minutes from the A6 Avallon exit, in the small village of Gouloux, known for its waterfall and first-category rivers. A private fishing pond is a 10-minute drive away. Near the Morvan lakes (Settons, Pannecière, and Saint-Agnan), Vézelay, Avallon, Saulieu, and Beaune. Close to leisure activities (rafting, canoeing, swimming, hiking).
