This traditional detached house sits on a 2000m² plot. It comprises a separate, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, 5-burner gas hob, microwave), a living room with TV, sofa, and Wi-Fi, and a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (accessible from the living room).

Across the hallway, you will find two ground-floor bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (one of which can be converted into a single bed in the mezzanine), a bathroom with bathtub and sink, a separate WC, and a utility room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

Outside, you can enjoy the barbecue, garden furniture, ping-pong table, and sun loungers on the wooden terrace surrounding the swimming pool. The swimming pool will be reserved for your use from June to the end of September (dimensions 8x4m, depth 1.20m, salt water, secured by an alarm, access via a ladder, unheated). The house and its grounds are very pleasant, and the swimming pool is certainly the highlight, allowing you to cool off after your days of exploring.
