Beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet. The gîte has a very high-speed internet connection with fibre thanks to a Free Box Pop allowing teleworking and video conferencing. The whole is almost on one level (just 2 steps at the entrance). Quiet terrace with small garden, at the back of the house. Loan of 4 adult bikes and 1 teen bike and golf carts. Easy parking in front of the cottage. and garage for motorcycles possible. Cottage ideally located to visit the Côte viticole via the Route des Grands Crus, Dijon the capital of Burgundy and Beaune the capital of Burgundy. Château du Clos Vougeot 3km away. Many hiking trails through the vineyards, to discover on foot or by bike.
