Dating from the 15th century and fully renovated in 2020, this characterful residence elegantly blends old-world charm with contemporary comfort.

Its generous proportions, refined décor, and beautiful natural light make it an ideal place for rest and rejuvenation in an authentic and welcoming atmosphere.

Within the Closerie, the Templar House offers a privileged setting for a stay with family or friends, in the heart of unspoiled Burgundy, surrounded by nature and tranquility.

An exceptional outdoor setting

You will fully enjoy the Closerie's swimming pool, open during the warmer months, as well as a private walled garden, guaranteeing peace and privacy. Outbuildings, an outdoor dining area, and shaded spaces complete this ideal setting for enjoying sunny days.

The swimming pool is secured by a compliant gate, and sun loungers and parasols are available for relaxing in the shade of century-old linden trees.

A place designed for comfort and conviviality

Pleasant to live in, welcoming, and warm, the Templar House offers approximately 170 m² of living space, with a spacious living area perfect for gathering in a welcoming and refined atmosphere.

Surrounded by fields of rapeseed and wheat stretching as far as the eye can see, the Templar House is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and fully enjoy the Burgundy countryside.

A place to come together, relax… and savor the moment. Ground Floor: - An entrance hall. - Guest toilet. - A large living room with an impressive fireplace. - An open-plan kitchen and dining area.

First Floor: - 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. - 2 bedrooms: queen-size beds. - 1 bedroom: 1 double bed (140x190 cm).

Second Floor: - 1 master suite: queen-size bed (160x200 cm). - 1 shower room and 1 toilet.

Exterior:

- Private garden - Saltwater swimming pool (open during the warmer months, unheated)

- Private terrace with dining area - Weber charcoal barbecue - 8 sun loungers

- 2 bicycles with child seats are available for long rides through the wheat fields or along the Burgundy Canal.

- Children's bicycles, scooters…

- The old farmhouse is an 80 m² outbuilding attached to the house, providing storage space, an additional refrigerator, and a freezer.

During the house renovation, we were careful to preserve all the original features. The beams, floorboards, window seats, and fireplace have all been incorporated into the decor. This may have slightly compromised the soundproofing of the bedrooms.

Please note that you might see or hear our two dogs, Uva and Olympe, but you will never encounter them in your accommodation. Check-in is from 5 pm.
