In the charming village of Gevrey-Chambertin, renowned for its prestigious wines, "Gîte de Caro" offers a magnificent view of the vineyards.
On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, a laundry room, a separate toilet, a large living/dining room with a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a second access to the terrace. Upstairs: three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a shower room, and a toilet; one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a high-quality sofa bed (140 cm), with a private toilet and shower room. The house has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated. A baby cot is available upon request.
A large terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, a barbecue, and sun loungers. A 5.5 x 3.5 m heated swimming pool (electric cover) is open from May to September. There is one parking space in the enclosed courtyard of the gîte and another parking area 20 meters away.
Bed linen, cleaning, towels, heating, and electricity are included.
Charges and options: Pool towel rental: €6/person. Pet supplement: €10/day.
