Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room. 1 bedroom with two twin beds (90 cm). 1 romantic bedroom with a double bed. Walk-in shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: large Zen master suite with a queen-size bed, open bathroom with a corner bathtub under the slope. Separate toilet. Folding bed and high chair available upon request. Outside, a 40 m² covered terrace and secure parking. Road nearby.

Bed linens, end-of-stay cleaning, and heating (with a pellet boiler) are included in the rates. Additional charges: electricity billed based on meter reading (over 8 kWh/day included). Optional: towels: €5 per person for the stay. Pets not allowed. This accommodation is not suitable for business trips.

Places of interest include: Clos de Vougeot Castle, Cîteaux Abbey, and the cultural and gastronomic towns of Nuits-Saint-Georges and Beaune, with their famous Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Wine tastings and cellar tours are available along the Route des Grands Crus.
