The sleeping area comprises a double bedroom with a television and two separate, attic sleeping areas located on a mezzanine. One has two single beds (90x190cm) and the other has a double bed (140x190cm). There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, and a separate toilet. Outside, you will find garden furniture, a barbecue, a parasol, and sun loungers. Secure, enclosed parking is available. From June to September, you can enjoy a shared indoor swimming pool (16m x 5m) heated to 28°C (open from 9am to 9pm) with the owner or guests of the other cottage, equipped with an aquabike and a counter-current swimming system. Heating, electricity, firewood, air conditioning, and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. Beds will be made upon arrival, and towels and linens are included. Located in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Regional Natural Park, 25 minutes from Troyes, this mountain chalet-style cottage is situated on the upper floor of a traditional Champagne house and adjoins another cottage (with separate entrances and terraces). It offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay and guarantees an incredible change of scenery. The view of Lake Orient and the immediate proximity to the beach are a real plus. The beach is 500 meters away, and a 28km cycle path runs right by the cottage. Other cycling routes are also available. Bicycles, scooters, paddleboards, fishing equipment, and mini-golf are available for rent on-site, as well as a restaurant on the beach.
