Description of the accommodation

Located on a raised ground floor (2 steps), the cottage consists of a living room, a kitchen open to the living room (ceramic hob, new furniture), a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a bedroom with two 90 cm single beds, a bathroom (shower) and separate WC. A large terrace with garden furniture, parasol and deck chair allows you to enjoy the green spaces (orchard and lawn of 1500 m2), enclosed and shared by the two gîtes. Parking is private. Additional charges: electricity (including heating). From the gîte, you can take the Vélovoie des Lacs (passing in front of the gîte - 4 adult bikes + baby carrier available depending on availability), reach the beach (1 km), the wild edges of the lake (300 m), or even go to Troyes to discover the medieval town (25 min), or finally to Nigloland to relax with family or friends (30 min). Géraudot, known for its spaces designed for swimming and its 16th century parish church of Saint-Pierre Saint-Paul, is a village located in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Natural Park, and a stone's throw from the lake. The Logis du Charron is a half-timbered Champagne house, restored in 2012, adjoining another gîte (10G106), with a completely independent entrance.
