In Berry, 30 minutes from Beauval Zoo, this charming traditional Berry-style house retains its rustic countryside appeal.

Enjoy peace, quiet, walks, and relaxation thanks to the games room (table football and table tennis).

Benjamin Rabier Discovery Trail. Ground floor: common room (fitted kitchen, dining/living room, TV) - WC - shower room.

Upstairs: bathroom - WC - 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds).

Electric heating (metered) and free firewood.

Enclosed courtyard and garden (garden furniture, deck chairs, swing set, sandbox, barbecue). Carport. Parking.

Optional extras:
End-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash): €65
Single bed sheets: €10 each
Double bed sheets: €12 each
Towels: €7 per person

Cleaning fee: €65. For business stays, a cleaning fee is mandatory, as well as bed linen at a rate of €12.
