In a quiet residential area, we offer a charming house with an enclosed garden. Perfect for a week or more with family or friends. Ideally located, you can walk to the lake, relax on the beach, go boating, or try paddleboarding. You can also walk or cycle to the town center to visit the market or enjoy a coffee on a terrace. Biscarrosse Plage is 27 km away, and Mimizan Plage is 23 km away, where you can try surfing lessons.
The house comprises a lovely living room with a TV lounge area (no Wi-Fi, but a set-top box can be rented) and a dining area. There is a separate, fully equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm) and storage. A garage/laundry room is also available.
Outside, a small terrace overlooking the garden allows you to enjoy al fresco dining and sunny days. Parking is available in front of the house. A sunny holiday awaits!
End-of-stay cleaning is included.
