First floor: one large bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, one large living room with a flat-screen TV and a single sofa bed. Steep stairs. Washing machine available at the owner's house. Private garden of approximately 200m², unfenced, with access to the 18 hectares of the park. Private parking. The entire gîte (58G574) can also be rented, accommodating up to 9 people. Near the lakes of Settons, Chaumeçon, and Pannecière, canoeing and kayaking are available on the Chalaux river, as well as the spiritual and cultural sites of Vézelay (a UNESCO World Heritage Basilica), La Pierre-qui-Vire and its abbey, Bazoches (Vauban's residence), and Bibracte with its European archaeological center.
