First floor: 1 large bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, 1 large living room with flat-screen TV and a single sofa bed. Steep stairs. Washing machine available at the owner's house. Private garden of approximately 200m², unfenced, with access to the 18 hectares of the park. Private parking.

It is also possible to rent cottage 58G574 for a total of 9 people. Near the lakes of Settons, Chaumeçon, and Pannecière, enjoy canoeing and kayaking on the Chalaux River and explore the spiritual and cultural sites of Vézelay (a UNESCO World Heritage Basilica), La Pierre-qui-Vire and its abbey, Bazoches (Vauban's residence), and Bibracte with its European archaeological center.
