A cot, high chair, and baby bath are available. The cottage includes a private, unfenced garden of approximately 500m² with access to the 18-hectare park and outbuildings. Private parking is also provided.

The entire cottage (H58G028305) can also be rented, accommodating up to 8 people.

Nearby are the Lacs des Settons, Chaumeçon, and Pannecière, as well as opportunities for canoeing and kayaking on the Chalaux River.
