INTERIOR
Open the front door to be immediately welcomed into the cosy open plan layout of the apartment. Key features include a well-equipped kitchen with all major appliances and utensils included and an elegant wooden dining table. 2 Comfy sofas invite you to relax and watch a late night movie or stream your favorite programe on the free WIFI. One extra guest may be welcomed with the use of these comfy sofas converting to a sofa bed. Light radiates through the lounge patio windows where you can see a beautiful ocean vista ahead of you, inviting you down to the beach. Tucked neatly at the rear of the apartment, 2 generously sized bedrooms include a king size room and a twin room, one with an ensuite shower facility, and an additional separate bathroom.
OUTSIDE FACILITIES
The Residents pool is directly opposite the apartment ideal for a short dip before or after the beach. Also accompanied by a super Tapas Restaurant if you don't want to venture too far in the evening. Otherwise, dining at home is a pleasant experience with outdoor dining table and chairs at the rear of the apartment.
PARKING AND ACCESS
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is a one-level property, on the ground floor, with car parking directly outside without a charge.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.
