Seaside Escape by Atlantic Holiday is a well-appointed apartment located in Funchal, Madeira Island, designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests. With two bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size bed and private en-suite bathroom, plus an additional guest toilet, the space offers privacy and functionality for couples, families, or friends.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates, and all the necessary cooking utensils. A smart TV with a box, air conditioning and heating in every bedroom, a washing machine, and a hairdryer are included. A baby cot and high chair are also provided for families with small children.

The private balcony offers a pleasant view and serves as a relaxing space to enjoy a morning coffee or a quiet evening. Guests benefit from two private parking spaces in the building’s garage and easy elevator access. Shared facilities such as a swimming pool and gym are available within the building.

Several bus stops are located nearby, offering excellent public transport links. The beach, scenic coastal promenade, restaurants, cafés, and shopping centers are all within walking distance.

The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:

- 2EUR per night;
- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.
- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.

We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.

Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00 the next morning. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
